| Personal Assistant with over £56k debt no equity. Husband is a self-employed Driving Instructor with little work coming in. |

| Introduced to Melanie via Thomas Charles. Mostly dealt with my proposals via phone and e-mail. Unfortunately had first IVA rejected but with their sound advice managed to get a second ACCEPTED. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I gave them 10 out 10 because they were excellent. The 5 out of 10 for speed was due to having to go through two IVAs. |
