My circumstances:
I AM A HOSPITAL WORKER LIVING IN THURROCK WITH NEARLY 18K OF DEBT, I AM NOT A HOME OWNER AND HAD NOYHING OF ANY VALUE.
My interaction with the company:
BRIDGESTONES CONTACTED ME VIA DEBT FREE ME THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL SENDING ME ALL THE RELEVENT FORMS FOR ME TO FILL IN AND A DETAILED BOOKLET ABOUT MY OPTIONS , A MR COOK ALSO WENT THROUGH ALL THE OPTIONS OPEN TO ME AND DISCUSSED THE BEST WAY FORWARD , HE WAS EXTREAMLY PATIENT EITH ME AS I ASKED MANY QUESTIONS OFTEN MORE THAN ONCE, HE CALLED KEEPING ME UPDATED ON PROGRESS AND WAS VERY REASURRING.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH BRIDGESTONES AFTER MY CASE WAS PASSED OVER TO THEM EVERY THING HAPPENED VERY SWIFTLY, THIS ALONE MAKING THINGS A LITTLE LESS STRESSFUL
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
THETR WASNT ONE THING THAT IMPRESSED ME , THEY LISTENED , CALLED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD , AND MADE ME FEEL THAT EVERY THING WAS IN CAPABLE HANDS.NEVER ONCE DID I FEEL THAT THEY WERE JUDGING ME.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
AT THIS STAGE I DO NOT FEEL ANY NEED TO HAVE ANYTHING IMPROVED . 
Other points
I HAVE JUST ENTERED INTO AN IVA , BUT HAVE DEFINATELY LEARNT TO MANAGE MY MONEY BETTER , TO GET HELP IMMEDIATLY WHEN TROUBLE IS LOOMING.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
