| My circumstances: |
| I 31 years old, married with 2 children. My wife and I went with the IVA route in June 2005 due accumulating debts near to 30k! The IVA seemed the best option we had and it was our best decision 2 years on. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| As soon as we got in touch with W3 and expained our situation, they were extremely helpful and explained all that we needed to do to proceed with an IVA. There was never any pressure put on us to attend the creditor meeting and it was such a relief not to have bills coming through the post any longer. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I have rated them highly because they helped us so much and without there expertise, we would probably be sinking further into debt whereas now there does seem to be light at the end of the tunnel. |
