| My circumstances: |
| I am a professional working for the NHS with debt of 110K acquired over many years -the usual story of overextending myself with debt reconsolidation loans etc and dependence on credit to survive the occasional "crisis" that life throws us along the way.found myself with no equity in property and not able to make the minimum repayments on my debts.Needed help badly and finally faced upto the problem by contacting this team |

| Instant relief on contacting Tina the debt consultant who I found completely non judgemental, with an extensive understanding of debt problems.She talked me through all the options available to assist my situation in a clear and thorough manner.I was then given time to decide on my chosen solution without any pressure ( unlike my experience with 2 other companies I contacted for advice!!) I then spoke with Melanie herself who was most helpful and finally agreed my Iva proposal . The actual handling of the creditors meeting etc was carried out by Sarah Rafique and my paperwork organised by Angela Shaw who maintained the excellent standard of service I received from all of the team |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I rated the IVA advice bureau so highly as they made me feel that I was in "safe hands " throughout the difficult process of an IVA setup.They were always contactable,prompt in response ,professional and friendly in their manner, and honest in their advice.<br> I felt they treated me with respect, as an individual and not as simply another "case number" in their workload.<br> |

| Provide a bit more info on how the IVA is managed long term-(who to contact with day to day enquiries etc re payments etc.) would be nice to receive this in writing when you receive your chairmans report following creditors meeting |

| Iva approved now and have made first 2 payments-dividend modified from 41p to 51p in the pound at creditors meeting request but in view of my debts and todays credit climate I am more than satisfied with the result achieved.<br> Looking forward now to a debt free future -I know the next 5 yrs will be hard but I feel it will be worth it!! |
