My circumstances:
I am a Marketing Manager living in West Yorkshire and had £140K of debt including negative equity on my home
My interaction with the company:
From the first call DFD were pleasant, sensitive and reassuring. I cant remember the exact timescale from start to finish but there was constant activity, by mail, e-mail or telephone.An IVA was recommended and put together after just two drafts. The IVA was accepted with just one change. DFD were so helpful
Why I gave the ratings I did:
From start to finish each of the 5 or 6 people I contacted were so helpful. All my questions were clearly answered. After fighting a losing battle against debt for 10 years at last someone was on my side.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Easy this one. From a position of despair their kind, considerate manner gave me a sense of hope. That in itself, was priceless
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Truly really difficult. Maybe draft a standard letter that I could forward to creditors immediately after the IVA to avoid the hassle once payments stop. Only a small point. 
Other points
My IVA went through at 56 pence in the pound. The next 5 years will be very tight but will provide lessons in better controlling my finances. Not sure where I would have ended up without DFD. I will be forever grateful.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
