| My circumstances: |
| i worked full time earning 22k had 25k in debs but due having a baby and job cuts i could only work part time |
| My interaction with the company: |
| i was filling in the form on the intrnet when my phone rang , it was cleadebt, i am sure i would not have submitted the form if they had not rang at that time. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| all round excellent service and very understanding of the strss related to the situation. |

| Got my iva....and kept me updated |

| when the iva was drawn up it did not include all my debts (i had sent them all) ..... please check carefully thall all you debts are added |
| Other points |
| now in iva 58p in £ will be paid back . write off about 9-10k. |
