My circumstances:
I had £60K worth of debt made of loans and mainly credit cards through an online gambling addiction. I have now stopped gambling and am under the IVA. I was sinking trying to make repayments each month and my only option was the IVA.
My interaction with the company:
The company were always friendly and helpful, and within a day of speaking them I was given the option of the IVA. I was never judged as beinga bad person for getting into the situation I did, they just helped!
Why I gave the ratings I did:
The overall ratings of 8 out of 10 reflect the fact that the service provided was excellent and the people were always at the end of the phone to speak to if I had any worries.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The speed in which the IVA was accepted.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I still received solicitors letters after the IVA had been accepted which was due to a collection agency not being in communication with my creditor. This worried me, but all ClearDebt could do was tell me to ignore the letters - very difficult when youre expecting someone to knock on your door and demand money! 
Other points
I managed to write off over £30K. I am now debt free, no loans, no credit cards and am happy that I can still speak to ClearDebt if I have any worries.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
