| I am a 26 year old office mananger with a daughter of 6.<br> I had 25k debts and no property to secure them against. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I filled in the on-line questionnaire and cleardebt recommended the IVA. They sent me all the paperwork to complete and I sent it back with relevant documentation.<br> I received a copy of the proposal in the post and received a call to say the IVA had been accepted. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I rated them very highly as the level of service I received was fantastic. They made a really stessfull situation much easier and told me to forward and angry creditors straight to them. |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| I went to them at eleven in the morning with all my documents and they had the proposal completed and in the post the very same day. |
