My circumstances:
We are a professional couple with £30k debt between us. Due to my partners career, bankruptcy just wasnt a career and Melanie fully understood this and suggested an IVA for myself whilst conitinuing to repay my partners debts.
My interaction with the company:
Initially I found the detail on a website, the rang me the following day to discuss the finer details. Once the paperwork had been gathered, a meeting was booked within 2 weeks and the IVA was accepted.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I gave the ratings because they always came across as friendly but professional, even know the IVA has been accepted, I know they are at the end of the phone to answer any questions I may have.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The response in which they returned my enquiry. I was really down in the dumps and didnt know what to do to get myself out of debt. The fact that they rang the next day and discussed options was like a big black cloud lifting from my life.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I have no concerns over the service or advice.  
Other points
Currently I am repaying £250 per month towards my IVA opposed to £900 which I was paying previously.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
