My circumstances:
We had run inot problems when my husbands overtime was stopped and we had £98k of debt with an income of £45K<br> <br> IVA.com reports: Debt Free Direct has contacted this individual via Iva.com to discuss their comments. Debt Free Direct have advised that they have made significant improvements to their customer service to ensure that their clients receive the highest level of service. My interaction with the company:
They were very friendly and helpful to start off with but once you signed up with them and your IVA was approved they chnaged. They were slow responding and you contantly got contradictary information
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 6 out of 10 for the help they initially gave. Once they had you tied in I would have rated them 2 out of 10.

The information they give needs to be consistant and accurate. 
Other points
We had £15K written off. Our IVA was concluded early and 6 months down the line we still have not got a completetion certificate. Every time you chase they say it is being dealt with and we should have it with a few days!!!!<br> <br>

Comment: I am employed by Debt Free Direct, and am sorry you have had a bad experience with your IVA. Since this review was posted, we have set up a dedicated Customer Care Team so every client has a point of contact, and any queries during their IVA are answered promptly and effectively.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
