| My circumstances: |
| I am a Train Manager with Virgin Trains and had a debt problem of £46 with no equity .Previous periods of umemployment ahd served to create the debt. I am now in stable employment . My wife recently had to give up work following a period of ill health ,Whilst we had been managing the problem and indeed wanted to pay off the debt the loss of my wifes £1200 monthly salary meant that we were unable to continue to do this . |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I had previously contacted Grosvenor Patners some six previously to discuss the situation and the advice I got was straightforward and simple to understand .It was without hesitation that I contacted them again when the situation was no longer manageable .A meeting was arranged within a week.I was put immediately at ease about the problem and the possible solutions were discussed . The terms in which they were discussed were simple and easy to understand .We proceeded with the application for an IVA.I attended the meeting fully prepared and this was a huge plus . Being able to provide all the documentation they reqired I am sure smoothed their path .Being prepared and then being put so much at ease was a huge plus .I came out of that meeting hugely reassured that they had my best intersets at heart and confident they would do the best they possibly could with this application |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I really could not fault them .The work they undertook on my behalf was of the highest standard and their attention to detail second to none .They did what they said they were going to do and when they said they were going to do it in very timely and professional way .I did have queries form time to time and they were all answered very speedily and fully .Their backroom staff are a huge credit to them .The service they provided was second to none and I cannnot rate then highly enough |

| I succeeded on 2 October 2007 in getting an IVA which everyopne was happy with .A great plus for me is that I know where I am now for the next fivew years of the IVA and the worry that has been lifted from me is immeasureable I was granted a full wirte off of the amount |
