My circumstances:
I am a self-employed musician living North of London. I had 123k of debt and a property with 55k equity.
My interaction with the company:
They arranged an initial meeting, in which they were very sympathetic to my case, but also extremely business-like and practical. They also arranged a meeting with a mortgage advisor on the same day. The IVA was then carefully prepared on the information I supplied, and after a few minor alterations, it was accepted at the creditors meeting by 100% 0f my creditors. Their attitude was always helpful and professional, and from the very start I felt that my case was in the best possible hands.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them as I did because I cannot imagine my case being handled better!
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They treated me, and tried to understand me as a person, with individual circumstances, and not just another case file.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
