My circumstances:
I live with my wife in Northamptonshire. I suffer from cronic back pains which means I am unable to work and my wife works as a shop assistant. We had 29k of debt and live in rented accommodation <br>
My interaction with the company:
Karl our advisor talked us through the process and sent Ian out to speak to us face to face and collect our documents
Why I gave the ratings I did:
We rated 9 out of 10 because of the way Tudor Kirk handled our case. It was a good experience for both of us. In the past we have spoken to another company and they were very pushy but Tudor Kirk let us make my own minds up
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
We liked that Ian came out to see us face to face to discuss the process with us
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
The phoneline cut off a couple of times whilst being tranfered to the correct person 
Other points
we are now paying an affordable amount each month towards our debts. the creditors receive a 27.29p and write off 17.5k

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
