My circumstances:
Employed Civil Servant with £22,000 unsecured debt, was struggling to keep up with minimum payments and seemed to be borrowing to repay debts. I have no assets.
My interaction with the company:
I e-mailed Payplan after visiting their website and received a phone call from them within an hour or so. They arranged an appropriate time for them to contact me. They took all my details and went through different options that were open to me ie. DMP, IVA, BR.<br> <br> I decided to proceed with the IVA and and six weeks after I first contacted them, my creditors meeting was held and the IVA accepted. <br> <br> All along Payplan were very friendly and helpful. I found it easier to correspond via e-mail with Payplan and any time I had a query, I always recived a reply back within an hour or so. <br> <br> I would recommend Payplan to anyone in a similar situation and the bonus with them is that there are no upfront fees.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I have rated them 10/10 because I honestly cannot think of any reason why not to. They have been brilliant all along and have put me at ease when I am normally stressed out.<br> <br> I have only marked 8/10 for the insolvency Practitioner because I have had no real contact with them yet.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I was really impressed by their speedy replies and any time they said they would call, they did, at the exact time they said they would.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
None 
Other points
I have now learnt the value of money and not to overspend and will be working within a budget from now on. IVA dividend is 44p in the £.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
