I am a Nurse living in London and I have approximately £29k of debt.
My interaction with the company:
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I gave them 8 out of 10 as I felt everything was dealt with appropriately and they were very professionally mannered.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
the prospect of being debt free in 5 years.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
nothing. 
Other points
My IVA was accepted by the creditors and I will write off roughly £13,000.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
