My circumstances:
Sales Director living in Wigan. £70k of debt and no equity in property so I needed to take charge of my debts and begin to manage them.
My interaction with the company:
The interaction with the team was superb. Kelly and Marc spent hours supporting my application and Melanie explained everything in great detail. Having had an IVA Application fail 2 years ago it was really refreshing to find Melanie and her team remembered my case and were supportive of me applying again.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10 out of 10 because the service was outstanding, they were extremely understanding and worked with me to get the best solution for my situation.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The communication was outstanding, I was continually updated and if I had a question they were always happy to answer it without me having to leave messages.

My IVA is now £495 a month over 72 months with possible extension for equity release.<br> <br> What I learnt is when you need help dont be scared, people are there that wont judge and can really help.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
