My circumstances:
I had substantial debts which had built up over the years and was getting constant threats, court orders etc. Debt Lifeboat did an amazing job in dealing with my creditors and helped me along the way. They never hesitated in keeping me in the loop and told me every time any changed over the six years of my IVA. 100% genuine help with your debts and getting your life back on track
My interaction with the company:
All along the way over six years they guided me through my IVA. All calls were handled professionally and helpfully, as was all the written correspondance and court/creditor dealings
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I would rate them 10 out of 10 for making me feel I was able to turn round my debts and my life. I feel debt lifeboat are 100% trustworthy and professional.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Mid way through my IVA I had a marriage break-up. They arranged with my creditors and the court to allow me a break in paying my IVA and an extension when I really needed their help.This really helped ease the stress at the time.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
a couple of times my payment seemed to arrived late,The payment date was 30th of month and sometimes it was not recorded as received till 3-4 days later. Should set payment day at time the money clears not when due. Picky and not really a problem once explained to me 
Other points
I am now debt free and stress free, I paid 17p in the pound on debts of just over £100k. I feel that this was better than simply going bankrupt and paying nothing the creditors. I will never get into this situation again.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
