| My circumstances: |
| I am a bus driver living in London. I had over £120k of debt and a property with £23k equity. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I rang them, they listened to my situation and recommended IVA. They posted forms I completed and returned. After few weeks IVA was accepted at the creditors meeting. It was quick and not too complicated as I thought it would be. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I rated RE10 10 out of 10 because they were exceptionally good, excellent throughout and I felt I could trust them. |
