| We have been in a Debt Management programme with Harrington Brooks and did not know of an IVA, they contacted us and went through this option, we found them to be very helpful. |

| We rated them 10 out of 10 because the process was very quick and we had to do very little. |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| We were impressed as they were extremely helpful and answered all our queries straight away and always kept us updated with phone numbers and who to conact if we should have any further queries. |
