My circumstances:
My wife and run our own business. We Rent, and have no equity in anything except two rusty motors! Between the two of us, my wife and I racked up £55k of joint debt.Wedding, Cars, paying one card with another etc...we were paying around £750/month in minimum payments.
My interaction with the company:
After reading their reviews on this website, I rang grosvenor Partners direct, cutting out the middle referer (i.e. debt free direct, the debt councillors etc...) Spoke directly with mark, the IP. He was very honest, and told me exactly what to expect and how long things would take. Mark certainly knows what he is talking about and i even picked up a few tips on how to run my business! Their website if full of useful tools and calculators.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I gave them 10/10 because not only was my IP straight and honest, so were all his team who I dealt with throughout the process.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Did what they promised. Not many people do that nowadays.

My IVA was accepted a few hours ago and I can already see the end now. Its ONLY 60 months! amazing.<br> <br> Our dividend was 35p/£ It started off at 33p/£ but one of the 2 voters (yes only 2 creditors voted out of 10!) wanted a bit more. It ends up we pay back about £19k.<br> <br> If anything, Ive learnt that my mum was actually right when I was younger and not to live outside my means.

Comment: Debt Free direct are not a middle-man, and provide there own IVA's, makes me doubtful of the quality of the rest of the information in thisw review

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
