My circumstances:
I am a sales assistant with sainsburys, i had 34k worth of debt. I rent.
My interaction with the company:
I over did it, i tried to deal with it but found i needed help. They rang me and listened and were very helpful.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
9 out of 10 because very helpful and listen to what i was saying.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They called when they said they would.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
everything was good. no complaints

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
