My circumstances:
I am a musician / music teacher living in London with £12K debt as a result of my studies and living costs whilst at college.
My interaction with the company:
I was passed on to clear debt by my debt management company and an IVA was recommended to me. There was some confusion over the differences between this and bankruptcy but eventually made clear that IVA best solution for me. I sent the forms back and the IVA has now been accepted
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated 8 out of 10 because the customer service was excellent and i had a feeling that they cared about my individual situation. They have been efficient and thorough. They are easy to contact and informed me every step of the way. The only criticism is that I was misinformed on some of the differences in criteria for the IVA compared with the bankruptcy initially.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Thorough attention to my individual circumstances that made me feel important rather than just another customer
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Knowledge of the different debt solutions and everything surrounding them could have been more thorough 
Other points
Approx 6K will be written off out of 12K. I will be paying £250 for next 8 months and £80 thereafter for the next five years.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
