My circumstances:
I WORK IN A CALL CENTRE LIVING IN BELFAST RENTED ACCOMMATION. I HAD JUST OVER 12.5K IN DEBT AND WANTED TO GET OUT OF MY DEBT.
My interaction with the company:
I RECEIVED AN EMAIL ABOUT DEBT SOLUTION AND WAS PUT IN CONTACT WITH VARDEN NUTTALL. THEY WHERE VERY HELPFUL AND LISTENED TO MY CIRCUMSTANCES. WE DISCUSSED ALL MY OPTIONS. I HAD ALSO DONE A BIT OF RESEARCH BEFORE MAKING THE CALL AND AFTER SPEAKING TO A MEMBER OF THE TEAM I KNEW AN IVA WAS THE BEST OPTION FOR ME. THEY POSTED ME ALL THE PAPER WORK I NEEDED TO GET MY IVA STARTED AND HELPED ME FILL IT IN, THEN THEY DRAFTED UP MY PROPOSAL AND A FEW WEEKS LATER MY CREDITORS MEETING WAS ARRANGED AND MY IVA WAS ACCEPTED. <br>
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED BY HOW SYMPATHETIC AND KNOWLEDGEABLE THE STAFF WERE. THEY ALWAYS KEPT ME UPDATED AND INFORMED ABOUT THE PROCESS AND HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE. I WAS ALSO IMPRESSED BY THERE FRIENDLY STAFF AND HOW THEY WERE ALWAYS THERE TO HELP YOU. <br> <br>
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
IT WOULD BE VERY HARD FOR ME TO PROVIDE ONE THING AS I THEM EXCEPTIONAL IN WANT THEY DO, SO EFFICIENT, UNDERSTANDING AND FRIENDLY. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:

I STARTED MY IVA LAST MONTH AND IM SO MUCH HAPPIER THAT IM SORTING OUT MY DEBT RATHER THAN JUST GETTING BY AND NOT GETTING ANYWHERE WITH MY DEBT AS THE INTEREST WAS HIGH. THIS WAY I CAN BE DETB FREE IN 60 MONTHS AT AN AFFORDABLE MONTHLY PAYMENT. YOUR REPAYMENTS CAN BE LESS THAN £200 A MONTH A ALWAY THOUGHT THAT WAS THE MINIMUM. ITS WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD. I GET 4.5K OFF MY DEBT WRITTEN OFF. ANYONE CONSIDERING AN IVA I WOULD RECOMMEND IT AND VARDEN NUTTAL ARE A GREAT COMPANY.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
