My circumstances:
I am a Health & Safety Training Manager in Nottingham and i had an overall debt of approximamtley £60K and a property with negative equity.
My interaction with the company:
I rang them, they listened to my situation and recommended IVA, they posted form, I completed and returned, after some small changes the IVA was accepted at the creditor meeting. I found them to be friendly and helpful.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Since my IVA was moved from Innvocas to Clear Debt i have had alot better customer service from Clear Debt and Vicki Barnett has been very helpful and explained a few issues i had understanding how the IVA works, she was very understanding to my sitiuation and made me feel comfortable i would recommend Clear Debt to anyone who needs help.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Vicki Barnett has been one of the most helpful people to work with and has fantastic customer service and rapport skills. Lovely lady.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
At this point they dont need to improve on anything they seem to be giving a First Class Service so far. 
Other points
My dividend of £0.36p in the £ over the course of the arrangement.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
