| I am a manager live in Cambridge, I had 67k of debt and a property with 8k equity. |

| I rang them, they listened to my circumstances, they remcommended an IVA, they posted the documentation out and after a few amendments the IVA was accepted at the creditor meeting. They were friendly and helpful. |

| I rated them 8 out of 10 as no one is perfect, I am more than happy with the service they provide. |

| They impressed me by keeping me informed with the procedure and process of the arrangement. |

| I feel they could improve by being available a little more for incoming calls. The person I needed to speak with was not always available. |

| I have learnt to be more careful with my finances. My dividend is 51pence in the pound and I will have written off 27.5k |
