My circumstances:
Im a CGI artist, and living in Sheffield at the time, with approx £30K debt.
My interaction with the company:
In the first instance the it was Debt Matters I dealt with, and who after discussion proposed an IVA. I filled in the forms and the IVA was accepted and implemented in a matter of weeks. After approx 18 months the IVA was transferred to Harrington Brooks.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated the way I did because when dealing with individuals they were pretty good over all, generally doing what they said they would in a pretty timely fashion.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Almost three years in to my IVA, my employer went under, and I lost my job. After a period of not being able to pay in to the IVA, they suggested proposing to the creditors that the IVA be settled with payments made to date. This was proposed and agreed within about three weeks.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
When I lost my job, I had to move, and it took almost 6 months to get a response from contacting them. This would seem to have been a blip linked to one specific person at Harrington Brooks, as everyone else was very efficient. 
Other points
Currently I am working freelance as I have not been able to get another fulltime position, not earning enough to really live on (hence early settlement of the IVA). I had paid £735 a month for 30 months roughly, and minus the charges from DM/HB I think the creditors got £13K roughly.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
