My circumstances:
I am a S.Wales based business man who had to shut my business due to the recession. I had over 100k of combined business @ personal debt. I own my house with equity and was very worried. Within 6 weeks of contacting Jones Giles (IVA Advice Bureau) I had my IVA approved and can now start to move forward.
My interaction with the company:
I was put in contact with them by Andy Davie who I found on the Internet. The same day they researched my case and within 24hrs said they could help. They quickly contacted all creditors and completed all the necessary paperwork. Although I naturally would prefer not to be in this situation, what a pleasure it was to deal with these people.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I felt completely at ease with. They made me feel human again.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The compassion and feeling they expressed. Completely non judgemental.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Nothing. 
Other points
Still self employed but with minimal overheads. Dividend was 35p and means in excess of 85k of debt being written off.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
