My circumstances:
I started a company, which failed, leaving me secured loans. I went they bankruptcy route, but was told, because I had equity in my house, would be better off with an IVA, as could possibly lose my home. I had debts amounting £61,800. I have paid off my IVA early (my lovely nan leant me money)!!
My interaction with the company:
I was put onto the company through my insolvency practicioner. We met, and the process from meeting to proposed IVA, was a quick process.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them highly, as they were always on the end of the phone, were friendly and not condesending, any queries were dealt with straight away, and made the whole process feel like there was a light at the end of the tunnel

I am now out of my IVA, as paid off early. My dividend was 23.27p in the pound. I have written off £47000 of my debts.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
