| My circumstances: |
| Was self employed,last minute withdrawal of contract caused business to failwith heavy debts heavy debts and empty order book, found myself 77,500 in debt unable to trade as that meant payment protection would be withdrawn |
| My interaction with the company: |
| When you are up to your backside in Crocodiles it is difficult to concentrate on draining the swamp, Debt Lifeboat kept the creditors off my back until the hearing giving me time to reorganise my life, gave me a definite start date, end date and monthly target i could aford, fairly reviwed annualy |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| I rated them 9 out of 10 simply because, though every month was a struggle they were fair to me and my creditors and in moments of crises such as when the car expired, they were helpful and reasonable keeping me on track but giving me leeway to deal with the crises |

| In mid course they tried to change to direct debit which for a self employed person with no capital or credit is dangerous waters, though to be fair they did not pressure me when i did not respond to it |

| I am now discharged having paid a dividend of 24.75p in the pound and having some £58,300 written off, I owe nobody anything and have established a smaller more comfortable business with my eggs scattered across many smaller baskets and no credit |
