| I am a Production Pperative in Portsmouth and had debts of 31k |

| They were very helpful, they explained my options and I chose an IVA as I felt this was the best way forward. Once I signed and returned my proposal, my IVA was approved 3 weeks later. |

| I gave 10 out of 10 because they were accurate and concise, had good knowledge of the options I had. |

| Because I have had bad experiences in previous years with a Debt Management Plan and felt that the monies I was paying in were not clearing my debts, i opted for an IVA with Harrington Brooks because theyre customer service skills and knowledge was better. |
