| I am a Laboratory Manager living in the Midlands. I had 17k of unsecured debt and a property with 6k of equity. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| The interaction went smoothly. I felt at ease discussing the situation with all the people I dealt with. It became apparent that an IVA was the best option and after completing the forms, the IVA was accepted at the creditor meeting, after some minor alterations. |

| My IVA as been accepted, they are writting off 10k and I am paying a dividend of 27p in the pound. I am feeling positive for not be allowed to have any credit in the future and feel this will help. |
