My circumstances:
I am unemployed due to medical reasons and live in Plymouth. I had 37k debts. I rent from the local authority and therefore have no equity to release. I do not have a car.
My interaction with the company:
After the initial consultation I was recommended for an IVA. I filled in the paperwork they sent quickly and returned it asap to avoid any delays. Once I was able to review the IVA proposal they sent to me they arranged for a courier to pickup and return it to them. No creditors voted at the creditors meeting but after some calls they managed to get a yes vote from a creditor and it was therefor accepted. They have been helpful and understanding.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
the 7 reflects the difficulty in contacting them. Half the time I was told I would get a call back regarding my query that same day but that was often not the case. Although they did eventualy return all calls.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Arranging for a courier pickup of the IVA proposal.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Telephone answering and call returning. 
Other points
You have to research into every aspect of the circumstances and not take the first answer you get. I will be paying monthly contributions of £202 on the debt of 37k. Although this is low it is still prefferential to bankruptcy contributions.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
