My circumstances:
With debts spiralling out of control I was unable to cover the monthly interest repayments on loans and credit card debts totalling over £60,000.<br> <br> My creditors were obstructive and did not want to listen to my problems. They were not interested in coming to an agreement over a repayment plan until they were contacted by Debt Lifeboat following my referral by the Citizens Advice Bureau.<br> <br> DLBs management of my subsequent IVA has relieved the daily burden of debt through a realistic repayment plan.<br> <br> I am now debt free and able to get on with my life.
My interaction with the company:
Contacted company on advise of Citizens Advice Bureau.<br> Interactions with Debt Lifeboat throughout the five years of my IVA were both professional and understanding.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Good customer service, prompt answers to all my communications.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Whenever I rang I was able to speak to someone to at least leave a message for them to which they responded the same day.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
None - provided a good all round service. 
Other points
I am now clear of debt and looking at the rest of my life with a lesson learned. <br> I had unsecured debts totalling £63,000 and through my IVA dividends of 48.78 pence in the pound were paid, totalling nearly £31,000.<br> <br> Therefore over £32,000 worth of debts were written-off.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
