My circumstances:
I am single as I have recently separated from my partner. I live in my own mortgaged property and work full time.
My interaction with the company:
I was put into contact with Vincent Bond and discussed with them the options available to me and felt an IVA would be the best solution.<br> I received correspondence from Louise detailing everything that was needed.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
After first talking to Vincent Bond I immediately felt a great burden had been removed, and I felt 100% confident from the discussions, that they could resolve and help me with this matter. The whole IVA process was very well managed.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I felt the customer service was fantastic. Vincent Bond ensured I received the information, was happy with everything, relayed back promptly any other information they required.

Having read reviews on other IVA companies, I was very apprehensive about using any company for the IVA, but for something so stressful, Vincent Bond and Louise certainly have proved the best in any matter Ive dealt with. I have already recommended them to other people who are looking at getting their finances sorting, and I really wouldnt hestitate to recommend them again to anyone. So if you are experiencing any problems, I really would say call Vincent Bond, and life certainly becomes much easier. My IVA has been accepted now with their help and I feel I can continue life now, without worrying. I cant express how grateful I am for the service I received and how professional the service was.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
