| My circumstances: |
| Living with partner in own home with 52k debt. Needed to protect home and carrier. Had 7k equity in property, but 1/2 this treated as partners, (this was a single IVA not joint). |

| Very good at explaining options and best action plan. Sent paperwork on time and proposal was accepted first time at creditors meeting. |

| Every one i spoke to was very helpful and understanding. IVA drafted promptly and i was kept informed all the way through to acceptance. Very trust worthy. |

| Spead of reply to emails is excellent, very helpful staff. |

| Other points |
| Never use credit again! Dividend is 50p per £. Only about 9 months in, and finding it hard, but can at least see the light at the end. |
