My circumstances:
i am a married mother of 3 children with 45k of debt & 20k of equity but they have had 60mths of money & now that we cant remortgage our property they have moved the goal posts ! another 12 mths god i hate it i feel worse now than i did when we started ! i wouldnt be in this situation if my ppi had paid out when i got ill ! now they are paying out but i dont see any off it my creditors do & my iva company see it as well !
My interaction with the company:
they were helpful at the start but now it just seems like greed ! lets get as much as we can !
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i low rated them as everything they said at the start seemed incorrect & they are not helping much now !
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
the help with lowering bills
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
customer service 
Other points
my dividend was 67p now they have moved the goal posts they will get 74p ! not much written off as 3 companies still havent claimed

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
