| CD, in it`s previous company name, supported me with an IVA when I lost confidence in past debt management. |

| I contacted them as a result of seeing their website. A representative phoned me immediately. Everything is completed in a way that leaves me feeling satisfied in the way the IVA is progressing. |

| The company show foresight with an understanding approach. |

| Prior to renaming, or rebranding, as CD, some of the information given over the phone was misleading. |
| Other points |
| I later realised some companies do not relate well with creditors, e.g. "horror stories". However, in my experience, they will have to rate more highly as a recommended company within which to form an IVA. |
