My circumstances:
unsecured debts amounted to nearly £62,000, and that dividends of 36.19 pence in the pound were paid, totalling over £22,000.<br>
My interaction with the company:
recomended vai goverment service, found Debt lifeboat very easy to talk too and very helpful.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
good clear advice and service
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
dealing with difficult creditors
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
some staff better than others. 
Other points
dividends of 36.19 pence in the pound were paid, totalling over £22,000.<br> Now alot brighter future,wish i did it years ago instead of stuggling for years

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
