| I am a teacher, living in Gloucester and i have 13k of debt |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I was on a Debt Management Plan and a IVA was mentioned to me. I decided it would be the right thing to do. I got my paperwork quickly, and read it. I returned it to them and now my meeting has gone through. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| 10/10. Everything they said they would do, they did it. I was never made to feel embarrased about my debt. |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| They understand the problem you are in. Never have been judgemental. Always there for you. I needed to ask an advisor about a problem, but he could not speak to me as he was on another call. Within 5 mins he called me back and put my mind at rest. Outstanding |
