| London based office worker with 80k of debt and no assets |

| I made contact, after several discussions they recommended and IVA. Doccuments were compiled / returned and then the meeting scheduled. They were very weak in the meeting and I had to propose the changes myself instead of the so called professionals. I found them to be very weak and left the onus to the client. |

| I rated them 1 out of 10 because a lot of onus was put on me to resolve the issues myself when they are getting a lot of profit from an IVA and they are not proactive at ongoing management of this |
