My circumstances:
I am a mortgage adviser based in dorset, I had around £90k of unsecured debt. Monthly repayments were over £2,000.00 & I was going further into debt every month. I had no equity in my property, so no room for manouvre
My interaction with the company:
From the first phone call I was put at ease, and never felt that I was been judged, especially as I was in the financial services sector. I already had an idea what my options were, but was unsure of the process. Vincent Bond explained my options & an IVA was considered the best route. After completing paperwork the IVA was submitted and accepted at creditors meeting without any amendments. Although a difficult experience to go through it was not as bad as I had imagined. I found all parties to be very friendly and helpful and would recommend at least discussing your situation however helpless in may seem.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated them 10/10 because I could not fault their service and trusted their advice 100%

Listened and provided advice without the feeling that I was been judged.

Nothing springs to mind

I am now 2 months into my IVA and paying £320 a month. The amount of my debt written of is around £70k or 4/5

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
