My circumstances:
professional public servant, 80k of debt, no equity
My interaction with the company:
I spoke to an advisor on line, arranged a telephone call, receieved proposal 3 days later. Creditors meeting arranged 5 weeks from date of contact. IVA accepted - all complete within 6 weeks.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
respoded to my queries immediately, talked everything through with me to make sure I understood everything, very quickly revised proposal follwoing some minor errors - could not fault the service I received.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
the on-line debt advisor, crucial first step for me before I was ready to speak to a real person on the telephone
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
nothing 
Other points
IVa accepted 27.8p in the £ return. £450 per month for 60 months - a quarter of what I was paying out before.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
