My circumstances:
I was a director with a small family company and ended up with 40k of debts trying to keep the company afloat. I lost any equity I had in my property (up to 80k) due to the recession and was unable to maintain payments on credit cards and loans due to the unreasonable interest rates being charged.
My interaction with the company:
I called the company and after a series of telephone calls and e-mails I received all the required forms and other info through the post. I completed all the forms and supplied all the necessary documentation and after a final telephone call to verify things my IVA was accepted at a creditors meeting. Despite my initial misgivings everything went like clockwork.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I have rated them highly because as far as Im concerned the service and advice I received was second to none. They were extremely helpful and the information I received was clear and unambiguous.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The understanding of my predicament and the sense of not being judged made the whole process seem almost stress free.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Cannot think of anything that could have been bettered. 
Other points
I no longer worry about debt as much and sleep much better at night. 12p in £ £48k

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
