My circumstances:
I am a divorced Registered Nurse who was struggling with mounting post-divorce debt. Andy (Davie) telephoned me and explained my various options. He was always non judgemental and understood what the situation I was going through entailed. All his team were (and still are) first class. Laura (Wright) was especially helpfull in me getting my stuff together to produce a successful IVA proposal. Cant thank them enough for the work they have done on my behalf! There is now light at the end of a very (at times) dark tunnel. Thank you all.
My interaction with the company:
Andy telephoned me as soon as I had enquired on the website. He was very understanding and offered me good advice regardind setting up my IVA.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I have given them the highest rating as I feel they have worked very hard on my behalf and have always been there on the telephone or by e-mail should I need further advice or assistance.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I suppose Andy phoning me straight away! That always impressed me, coupled with his understanding and non judgemental attitude!

Other points
Circumstances pretty much static at the moment, but with the cost of living ever increasing, finding my situation easier to handle.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
