My circumstances:
im am a 37 year old nursing assitant ,i ignored all my debts from over 10 years ago and felt scared to deal with them i had about 45k worth of old debt ,clear debt helped me face these and get my life back on track ,tried other companies but cleardebt comes out on top and continues to help me as more creditors contact me
My interaction with the company:
they rang me just before i was going to join another debt soultion company ,they went through my debts told me what was best and how they would deal with my creditors ,they felt more friendly and not just after a fee ,my advisor is very good and continues to assist me
Why I gave the ratings I did:
because of the fast friendly service cant fault them on anything great company great staff
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
my advisor telling not to worry it will all work out ,made me feel much better about my life
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
nothing 
Other points
they wrote of about 75%of my debt,dont feel scared by knock on door or a letter coming i speak to my advisor and he acts quick

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
