| My circumstances: |
| I live in Wrexham. I had 43k of debt. I am in the process of a divorce.IVA is based on sale of my property. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I contacted them for debt advice. I dont take any disposable income but I put my property on the open market. There isnt enough equity to pay debts back in full. I decided I wanted to do an IVA. |

| My case officer was very friendly and helpful. She was easly contactable and available to deal with my queries. I felt I was treated with respect. |

| Other points |
| dividend is 27p/£. I am relieved I no longer need to deal with my creditors and I am happy my financial difficulties will be resolved once my property has been sold. Creditors will get paid and I can start a new life. |
