| I am a Chauffer, living in Cosham, Hampshire - and i have 60k of debt |

| I was on a DM Plan with HB,and i had a phone call saying an IVA would be a better option for me,after a week the paperwork came to me, i read it, signed it and then a few weeks later my IVA was approved |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| 10/10 - Very good. I had a good experience with HB throughout my DM plan, so i knew it was right for me to go for a IVA. |

| the way they talked to you was very good. i felt that they always had time for me,and nothing was ever a problem to them |
