| I am a maintenance worker with Etap Hotel living in Essex. I have £17k worth of debt and have a jointly owned property. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| i spoke to them and they ran through the process with me, after providing them with some further information i was then sent the proposal to sign. It happened quicker than i expected. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| i rated them 9 out of 10 as my case officer was very knowledgable. I also am very satisfied with the way they dealt with my case and i would recommend them to anyone in the same difficulites as me. |
