My circumstances:
I work full time but still got into serious debt due to family circumstance,i.e.helping my OAP father with his debt problem whic,due to his age he had great problems resolving.Also my spending became out of control once it became apparent that his overall health was not going to improve.Upon his death we also had a funeral to pay for.
My interaction with the company:
I made contact upon the recommendation of a friend.Glad I did the matter was taken up and a plan of action was established very quickly.This "light at thend of the tunnel" was event was made possible by the caring and sensible staff that dealt with my case. I was guided through the process and a great weight lifted.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
9 OUT OF 10. The matter was gone through in a way that made the whole process understandable and allowed me to see the situation from a proactive way instead of a reactive way.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Negocaited a very managable monthly repayment.Also it was impressed upon me that the whole situation was unfortunate but not diasterous.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
