My circumstances:
I am a care assistant from middlesex. I have a property worth around £200,000 with a mortgage of £218,000 so i currently have no equity. I have debts of £60,429.98.
My interaction with the company:
i was referred to the IP from another company so all i had to do was provide them with some further information. They took this information from me over the phone so that the proposals could be drafted promptly. I found them very undestanding and helpful. I signed the proposals and contacted the company if a creditor was still chasing us. They dealt with each creditor on my behalf quickly. I was pleased when the IVA was approved.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i rated them 10 out of 10 as i feel that the whole process ran without any problems and my case officer was very friendly and understanding.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I was originally going to do a joint IVA with my husband but when his circumstances changed then i decided to do it on my own. After the initial call to my case officer to tell them about the change i had a new set of proposals out in the post the same day for me to sign.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
maybe just a bit more information on what was expected of me throughout.  
Other points
my dividend was 30% to creditors, i am just glad i can pay them something rather than nothing. i can now go forward knowing that my creditors and circustances will be dealt with in the next 5 years.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
